Megan Ante

I graduated with a BA in education from Purdue University in 2003. After graduation, I moved to Texas, got married to my husband, Nathan, and was a teacher for Grand Prairie ISD. I taught third grade from 2003-2007 and taught kindergarten from 2007-2008. I stopped teaching in 2008 to stay home with my kids. My son, Ethan, is 3 and my daughter, Ella, is 1.

I have always loved teaching and I'm thrilled to be able to help kids through Kindergarten Boot Camp!

Kellie Kelly  

I graduated from Texas Tech University in December 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. After college, I taught second and third grade in the Lubbock Idependent School District from 2003 until my husband, James, and I had our first child, Connor, in 2007. Soon after, my family relocated to the DFW area, where I decided to stay at home and focus my energy on my growing family. In 2010, we were blessed with our second son, Ian.

I knew from a very young age that I wanted to focus my life helping others reach their potential. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than the look on a child's face when the "lightbulb" goes off and concepts once thought to be difficult become attainable. I'm excited to have the opportunity to once again touch the lives of children through Kindergarten Boot Camp.

Meghann Callison

I graduated from Texas Christian University in 2002, with a BS in Early Childhood Education. I also received my MS in Special Education from Texas Christin University in 2005. I taught Pre-K in Fort Worth ISD from 2003-2005 and Head Start in Plano ISD from 2005-2007. I chose to take a break from teaching in 2007 to stay home and be a mom. I have two sons, ages 4 and 10 months.

I am looking forward to getting back into the teaching through the tutoring field! I truly enjoy helping a child master and grasp new information. I am looking forward to helping make a difference in the education of a child.

Kathryn Ritzert

I graduated from Miami University in 1995 with a B.S. in Zoology and decided that teaching was my passion. I loved Miami so much that in 1998 I graduated again from Miami, this time with a M.A.T. in Elementary Education and a Minor in Math. I then taught in 8th grade Life Science for 4 yrs. in Cincinnati, OH where I met my husband. In 2002 we married and moved to Michigan where I taught 6th, 7th & 8th grade Math & Science for the next 8 yrs. During that time we were blessed with our two sons, Lucas (2005) and Andrew (2007.)

In 2010 a job transfer took us to Philadelphia, PA where I was fortunate to be able to stay at home with our two growing boys. During this time in PA, I was able to feed my love of teaching thru tutoring for the Sylvan Learning Center in my neighborhood. I truly enjoy working with students one on one and helping them realize that they can and do “get it!”.

An unexpected job offer brought us to Flower Mound during the Christmas Holidays this past year. I am lucky to be able to tutor part time as I feel it allows me to “have my cake and eat it too!” I am very excited to be given the opportunity to continue to make a positive impact in children’s lives thru education.
